I think they said on the call that it was difficult decision made in the last 4 or 5 days? Probably means they feel this is way to shore up the bottom line on the financial reports they have to release at the end of the quarter. It will give them another excuse for losses and give the stock holders a moment's encouragement to raise the stock price.
