Has anyone who is employee status contacted the labor board about duties the MTSO requires we do without any compensation such as research, finding providers name spelling & title, checking email, reviewing specs, looking up demographics, etc., etc? I'd love to know if it's legal to require employees to work for no pay. Thanks.
