They function by lying and deception. Nothing new to them. It is their business model and has been for a long time.
What is important is that the people who are owed a bonus continue to press for what is owed whether they are laid off or not.
Nuance cannot get away with not paying bonus by obliterating the workforce they owe it to.
Make those scumbags pay!
