Does one develop edema in the abdomen?
Acc specs: "VERBATIM account. They do not want anythingchanged on the reports. Although with good intentions, more often than not, theunsolicited editing by transcriptionists result in unintended and wrong information beingsent out. We do not want to be the cause of problems with reports so please transcribe as dictated."
So do I just type "edema" or leave a blank is the question. I do know abdominal fluid collection is ascites .. but will not type it. Again, clear dictator, I do not want to get penalized for leaving out a clearly dictated word blank. In a fix!
