in the dermatology chapter referencing decubitus ulcers. With that said, it depends on what your MTSO's style guide wants or if they defer to the BOS. You need to ask about your MTSO's account specifics for how they want it done, as the poster above me has to do it both ways depending on what the MTSO/account wants. We can't give you a definitive answer.
