They don't care if you do not meet line requirements. You can be out of for several hours of your scheduled work week and they give a flip-NOT. And raises or bonuses?!?!? Nada. Zip. Zero. Never. As long as they get their cushy checks that is all that matters. As usual, the MT suffers.
