See if you can find financial aide that you do not have to pay back for school, grants for women sorts of stuff. I hate to be a discouraging voice, but you will be send out your resume to places that are flooded with candidates that have been working for centuries. Oh dear, I remember my first transcription job in 1974. My hospital required a BA or BS degree plus additional training in the field of Medical Transcription or Medical Secretarial sciences. What happened to the field?
