The reality of medical transcription - sm

You have no chance of advancement, no future (the field is obsolete), no benefits of any caliber, and no chance of receiving a raise.  In fact, pay now even for independent contractors is $.03 a line less than it was 17 years ago.  

Why would anyone enter this field now?
