I am sure it is cervical and lumbar spine, as they are separate...and divided by the thoracic spine. Based on anatomy, you can do cervicothoracic, thoracolumbar, and lumbosacral (speaking of region of the low vertebra of one and the high of the other) but not cervicolumbar.
