I'm sure the scenario you describe happens a lot. But in this case, it is a change with the client. The work is now ONLY dumped once per day. It's a small OB/GYN office. When I asked the transcription manager about it yesterday, she admitted it, though, she could be lying, and she certainly could have told me about it when it started.
