With her being the transcribing manager, she has the ability to route the work when and where she wants, whether it be to her queue directly, or to others. It sounds like the work is being routed elsewhere during the day and only into your queue after all others have logged off for the day. That ensures that she is getting enough work, as well as her "favorites." Not fair at all, but managers tend to look out for themselves and care not for the others. It has been my experience, for sure.
