Crappy pay!!! - Giving up!

Been doing this nearly 30 years, hospital where I worked outsourced a few years ago so been working at home for that company for the last few years & the pay keeps getting worse!  When are these companies going to realize they need to pay their  MTs more than $8-10 an hour?!  I can make more at Walmart!  It's a wonder they all haven't closed with MTs quitting refusing to work for that!  If the pay doesn't increase that's what's going to happen because the MT programs offered will be closing...a lot of which have already done. I believe I'm going to look elsewhere where I'm appreciated & can put food on the table!
