whatever cents per 65 character line. Not very many companies (maybe a few of the small ones) charge by the gross line, which means no matter how many words are on a line, that counts as a line.
As far as the 50 cents per page, I've never heard of anybody doing that except for in the legal profession for depositions, although it's never been as low as 50 cents per page.
