yes, several smart people I know and my own calculations convinced me you are money ahead to collect at 62. I work only PT now (love that after 40+ yr of doing this work), and it is all good. No regrets. Besides, no guarantees SS will be here down the road. Get it before it runs out. You can always work more (health permitting) but why not enjoy a little easier schedule and more time for family, grand-kids, etc?
