Time to move on. Find another job, put yourself out there, go for it, whatever it takes to get you moving away from the worst job in the world right now. Every time I read some of these posts, it just boggles my mind. How can MTs who are so good at their job, take the crap that is handed out to them? How much longer can you put up with NJA, docked for mistakes which are miniscule, etc. Leave these companies, they are all rotten to the core.
