I have some files, without patient information, that she could listen to, if she'd email me.

Some of the files she wants to hear include the apple crunchers, hard candy clackers, potato chips crackling, talking with your mouth full, let's not ever forget the shrill, screeching, cackling nurse hen parties right behind the dictator, and the pagers and phones and patient call bells going off all during some particularly bad ESL taking 30 minutes to dictate a simple 10 minute discharge summary of constant changing their mind and repeating "scratch that" after you've typed several lines (there goes your income for every line scratched or deleted) and all that during her first week on the new job she's convinced she's going to get right off the bat.

Or, let her get a very difficult ESL dictating a complicated neuro or ortho surgery. Those will be worth the big bucks she's going to be rolling in.
