Back in 2004 - I agree, but

how many MTs were on this forum and how many weren't? In theory what you say sounded great and I agree, we just ignored the warning signs, never thinking it could get this bad, but I feel we were doomed from the beginning and now I do feel MTs are fed up and getting out. They are just saying no and it is resounding. Also the mean age group for most experienced MTS is probably 50-70, so they are looking at retirement or getting out while there is still time.

The rampant IC status reared its ugly head again after it was investigated by the IRS and there were a lot of employee positions, but somehow that has slipped through the cracks and you pay a high price for that so-called "flexibility." Actually it is an oxymoron because you are still held captive my NJA, etc.

The sky has fallen and no one took notice of it.
