Nuance lost a lot of accounts so they may be pulling some of those outsourced accounts back in house to keep MTs busy until they close up shop or allow a buyout or whatever.
It's also possible these accounts have been transitioning to new vendors slowly.
For one of my MTSOs, we've been told for weeks now that a hospital was coming on board. We've only seen a handful of reports. This was supposed to be a huge account and it just hasn't happened, so there's something up with that, possibly Nuance holding onto the account or the account has decided to go with a company outside of and unaffiliated with Nuance.
I just know we're all getting fed a bunch of crap about the work disappearance from the powers that be.
