a normal work volume when it came back up a week and a half after the virus. For about 2 weeks after coming back online, the volume was perfectly normal, sometimes even calling for extra, and I was so happy that it looked like the account had made it through the incident. Then about 2 weeks ago, I noticed work starting to get thinner and thinner, down to nothing. I was laid off from TTS yesterday. Of course every time I questioned the work volume, I was told summer lull or vacation, just a slow day - yeah, right.
