Does anyone think it'd be a good idea to know our co-workers? - justwondering

There are a lot of advantages, I'm sure, or else they wouldn't have a vested interest in keeping us so isolated. I always thought that was weird since every other job I've ever worked at has been all about the "team." Yes, I know we work alone, but one team works on the same queue, with the same doctors and managers, so there are situations where we could help each other. Anyway, just curious.
