As far as social media, if you have your profile set to private, only your friends can see your comments, so a patient possibly seeing your comment would be slim to none. However, I don't think any info should be discussed on social media, unless it's in a group made of your company's coworkers, things like dictation bloopers.
I do post things and sometimes make comments about how it relates to my job, how much I dislike my job, etc., but not anything related to patients.
