and it's the same thing. Low work volumes since the attack. They're only releasing small amounts of work to the MTSOs and my MTSOs want to say the reason is vacations lol. Right.
In the past 3 weeks they've even staffed up to get new accounts from Nuance with only handfuls of work coming through. Definitely just stringing the MTSOs along to keep them in the loop JUST IN CASE volumes pick up.
I guess they think we're all just dumb as a box of rocks.
