One month I had a total of 4 out of 769 reports audited. How is that representative of my work?
Forget even counting numbers of reports. Shouldn't a <99.5% score on a 10-line report be worse than the same score on a 200-line report?
I think everyone who is full time should be audited for a certain number of lines (perhaps 10% of the required 6600/wk) rather than on a number of jobs, which statistically indicates nothing. Same way for part timers based on their hours of work.
I simply cannot believe how stupid everyone who is a manager in this company is.
