and the MTSOs could have this, but they suck up and bow down to the facilities whims.
I'm close to early retirement, only a few more years, and I'm quitting this MT crap pretty soon, in about the next year.
I'd stay in it if I could, but the MTSOs have no guts, no decency, NO REGARD FOR PATIENT CARE but every regard for the almighty dollar.
Then in a few years when most of us people with experience and knowledge are out, the MTSOs will whine "we cant find anybody good."
Tough. You had good people. You threw them away.
