Nuance 1000.00 incentive bonus not received yet since cyber attack - Frustrated

I have seen a few posts here that some have received the bonus and some have not.  What is the reason for this?  Special payroll 7/28 no 1000.00 bonus.  Special payroll 8/15 no 1000.00 bonus.  What is going on? How many times do I have to keep writing HR, payroll, manager, Senior HR manager and all I get is we are looking into it?? While others have been paid already??? I worked this to help the company during a crisis and I get nothing that was promised to me in return.  How many others are out there still waiting for the incentive 1000.00 bonus and how many out there have already gotten it???  Please reply to post whether you received it or did not receive it.  Just curious to see the response.
