I don't disagree, but I think everyone in medical transcription field should be very prepared to get out. If OP is bucking up to pound the pavement in MT in any form, I would recommend another field to put her energies to. OP also doesn't say how long she's been out. If it's years and years, that is a problem. I suspect "years" because this field started going down years ago, and was very evident to most. I noticed it in 2005, some say 2007, some later. In any case, it's "down" now.
