You think it is ok for Nuance to shut out employees? - that is preposterous

In what management style is shutting out employees an acceptable response when they are demanding pay that was earned?

That ranks as one of the most imbecilic statements of late. Sure Nuance is shutting them out - to shut them up. To cover up their misdeeds.

Nuance's actions strongly suggest they felt they would pull another fast one on the employees who they figured were sufficiently oppressed and would be too meek to object. They were wrong.

The suggestion that the reason Nuance is reluctant to go on record is because they read this board is flat out ridiculous. No company would operate in that manner.

Nuance's reluctance to go on record stems from their inability to cover up the evidence and as such, they cannot go on record for fear of being found guilty of further lying since the employees have proof. Even Nuance has admitted that they contracted for the work. Nuance let the workers do the work. Now Nuance simply doesn't want to pay.

The nonpayment is a direct violation of the wage and labor act. By not going on record, they avoid being publicly truthful and don't risk repercussions for deception. Therefore Nuance's reaction is to shut out the employees. Nuance will ignore the questions/demands in the hope that eventually the employees will get so tired of the runaround and stalling that they will either give up or go away.
