Bayscribe Word Expander Text File - what is it? where is it? - Tired Hands

Posted: Aug 10th, 2017 - 2:42 pm

Okay, I am trying to figure how to move my word expander entries from Bayscribe over to Shorthand.  I contacted Shorthand HELP and got an email that it would be abbvs.txt possibly.  Well that wasn't it.  She said it would have the list of all my expanders showing in it.  Where is that?  I can't find it.  I looked in C:, Programs (*86), Bayscribe, and then abbvs.txt.  I look in that .txt file though and it shows nothing.  So where is the file?  Please, someone must know.  After I get that, the gal at Shorthand said to send it and they can convert it for me, so it can be incorporated into Shorthand.
