AHR pay - nobody

Is anyone else out there feeling as deflated and discouraged as I am with the way pay is being handled and the complete and total lack of regard for the employees? They happened to choose LITERALLY my worst weeks to figure my AHR. It's really, really starting to hurt financially at this point, and with no end in sight I'm really starting to become pretty depressed about it. Am I alone in this? I already feel so isolated by everyone above me.
