I think my manager is gone..... - concerned

I think my manager is gone. She hasn't been on Spark and she's usually always on. She's not replying to my emails (which she usually does). She hasn't sent any email about her being on PTO. I am fearing she's gone....I hope that's not the case. She was one of the good ones :(
