I'm p/t, so I don't know anything about the benefits. That being said, even though I'm p/t, I do spend 10 to 12 hours per day at my computer waiting for work to some in so I can jump on it before someone else does. TAT on most accounts is 1 hour. Pay is biweekly, and when I just figure out the time I actually spend editing, not including wait time, sometimes I can make anywhere from $12 to $18 per hour, but taking into considering how many hours I spend at the computer, it's more like $2 to $4 per hour. As far as the platform, I think it's very user friendly. On the upside, I can set my own hours, which comes in handy with my 2 kids.
