only working part-time and flipping schedule around to fit within high work volume times, when others don't want to work so much. I split shifts working twice on some days. My account is very familiar to me. If not for all the ESL I would make more. With N's excessively punitive quality program I lose about 150$ in a 2-week pay check for one mistake. You never know what you will get.
