Here is an idea - new rule for lookup time limit

Posted: Aug 3rd, 2017 - 8:02 pm

Seems most places have a 3-minute rule for lookups and deciphering blanks. Which is pretty funny when you might have 3 or more of them in a report that itself is less than 3 minutes. How about a 1-blank limit per report and after that the client and MTSO have to fork it over? Even better: Why don't the MTSOs install stopwatches in their platforms so we can hit start and stop to document how much time we spend on "OTHER?" They can track everything else, I'm sure they could track whether we're actually looking something up, entering ADT, CCs, stopped at a tough passage, etc., etc., etc.
