The time is NOW! Start flooding the Dept of Labor with complaints - and claims Posted: Aug 3rd, 2017 - 9:33 am
Nuance has had more than enough time to respond in a way that would show they had an interest in doing right by the employess and their only response has been to try and conceal evidence of what they promised.
We have the evidence and we have our answer from Nuance. It it time to escalate to to a criminal act against them with Dept of Labor.
I would also encourage all to seek consult with a labor attorney. Many will do a free initial consult and may take the case pro bono or on contingency.
