I agree with the post about the testing. OMG, they expect so much from their MTs just like all of these other companies and don't want to give anything in return. I am tired of having to achieve practically 100% on everything and on top of that, not getting paid for data entry work, etc.
I would not work for them and if you passed that test, I say congratulations and if you could pass that test, you deserve better than what they are offering you.
