When I worked there, had an account or 2 where I had to use a downloaded schedule, find the patient, use the details off the schedule (handwritten) to fill in the demos with the schedule. Horrible audio. Horrible dictators. Ran out of work alot. Had to ask for other accounts all the time. They seemed nice though. I didn't stay long though.
