You can do all the things you mention and so much more with IT. It comes with a lot of pre-made glossaries. With the number of times people have to change employers these days, IT's superior methods for importing, enriching, and compiling glossaries in order to begin a new job quickly are essential.
I have hundreds of thousands of entries available at any one time.
