Shorthand - agree

I have tried IT and found it very clunky and non-productive. I then tried SH and never looked back. It works with anything and is just like auto-correct, as far as I am concerned. Have never had a problem with support. Always helpful and responsive...and it is a lot cheaper than IT!!
