Fluency time is not counted when there is no job in your queue, so you can leave Fluency open and wait for jobs to come into your queue, then sign into teamwork and sign out of teamwork if jobs stop coming. There is no need to continually sign into Fluency to see if there is work, just leave it open and wait for it to come.
I have been doing this for years with no problems. I have very little difference between my Teamwork and Fluency times.
