Beware of stalling techniques like conference calls and promises of getting things together 'in time'. These are ploys used by companies that are stalling out creditors and employees while they file bankruptcy. It is my belief that Nuance Transcription services in in the crapper with no plunger in sight.
Get EVERYTHING in writing!
Copy and SAVE all Emails and correspondence in a safe place. AWAY from the possibility of Nuance erasing.
Download all relevant work directives from their website.
Do this BEFORE they take it down.
And I agree with the other poster- get everything in writing.
If you are muted or not allowed to ask questions at meeting today then I would encourage all of you to exit the meeting and promptly ALL email HR to tell them you will not participate in a meeting where you do not have a voice!
