The doctor is dictating pre- and postoperative diagnoses. He dictates, "Term pregnancy at 38 weeks 4 days, breech presentation, 3 years, estimated fetal weight 9 pounds by ultrasound."
It sounds as though he says 3 years, but obviously that can't be correct. Any ideas are appreciated.
