And heaven help you if you have technical problems with your PC and their sluggish platform, because you'll have to plug your entire computer into their tech dept. in India. Those guys sit there with a book in front of them and they follow it, without thinking for themselves or outside the box. It's as frustrating as all get-out to work with them.
