Obviously in this equation, shareholders > clients using MT services, i.e., hospitals and medical doctors.
I guess that goes without saying with Nuance, with this cash cow of transcription services they neither understand anything about the inner workings nor care to understand anything about...
But here's the thing, Nuance, if you try to make the shareholders happy you may lose clients you could retain if you gave the MTs incentives to clean it up RIGHT NOW. The only way Nuance has ever looked at us MTs is as a tool to increase their profits (at our expense of course) and play around with so they could please the shareholders.
What a mess of their own making.
