Not one to offer unsolicited advice, but please, friends, keep track via "Metrics" on whatever platform you are working with, on a daily basis. This will be a legitimate document to help you "fight back," and give you peace of mind.
I have been with Nuance for over three years now, and am just as disappointed and heartsick.
Also, we cannot cash out our PTO until the end of the year, during the window allowed (believe end of December). If you are thinking about leaving and have substantial PTO coming, consider at least PT status so you can cash out at end of year.
