Also, you will see the time taken to complete the file, the length of the voice file, etc. This is a very important tool in calculating your due pay. I know how it feels to want to cry and pull your hair out... This situation is not worth your anguish, but the tools are there to help you document and, in turn, get a good sleep tonight! xo
