minimum wage would not come into play. Depending on your state's rules, they usually give you a partial unemployment total (i.e. $$ amt) and then they subtract what you were paid for the week and you get the balance. Nuance only has to make up for min wage if your total hours worked do not equal min wage. In this case, you worked 20 hours at $10 an hour and that's all you will get from them.
