I have a question about filing for partial UE. sm - mt2

Say I only get 20 hours of actual work this week. My AHR is say $10/hour. That's $200 for the week at $5.00/hour. Minimum wage in my state is $8.10/hour. Will Nuance have to make up the difference of $124 OR do I file for partial UE?
