I work for one MTSO that does Nuance outsourced work. That account has been low to zero the past month. This account has multiple dictators and is an account where it's not unusual to see 200 reports at any given time.
I work for another MTSO not affiliated with Nuance and those accounts have been consistent, but sometimes a little low, all summer.
