The holidays that I mentioned and the incentive pay are indeed in my EMPLOYEE contract. As far as the email and the text message were concerned, I have been an MT for 37 years, so NO I don't need this kind of thing to "stroke my ego," and it was also sent out to the other MTs on the team as well. This company truly seems to care about their MTs and I find their communication to be very open with a quick response by either phone, email or text to a question I may have unlike a lot of companies out there where MTs seem to be or ARE ignored by those who are in supervisory positions!
