You get incentive for the holiday plus the day before and after the holiday? I think I'd get that in writing; no one does that, even on-site. Depending on who you ask, Mother's Day and Father's Day are not official holidays. I'm not sure why you needed to share this at all if you are not going to share the name of the employer. I have never considered Facebook the place to look for job openings. Having made a decision to accept a job that quickly, I hope you don't end up regretting your decision. Do you really need a text message to stroke your ego? I work on site and my benefit package would probably blow you away but I've never felt the need to brag about it.
